Reasons to Believe is an international, outreach-oriented, science apologetics ministry. We exist to inspire confident faith in the personal, transcendent God revealed in both Scripture and nature. SPEAK TRUTH WITH GENTLENESS AND RESPECT At RTB, we understand that people observe attitude and demeanor as much as they listen to words; thus, we live out 1 Peter 3:15–16 both inside and outside the workplace. Whether we are helping someone come closer to the cross or discussing ideas with a teammate, we maintain an approachable manner, speaking truth with kindness, listening attentively, and treating others fairly and respectfully. -

ADVANCE TOGETHER At RTB, we believe the best about, want the best for, and expect the best from each other. This means we exemplify maturity, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence (showing humility, empathy, and resilience) in our interactions (1 Peter 4:10–11). In discussions and decision-making, we value the collaborative process and challenge ideas respectfully. Once a decision is made, we unite and commit to effective implementation. We celebrate together, pray for one another, applaud each other’s achievements, and encourage unity through sharing information and expertise (Hebrews 10:24). -
RADIATE INTEGRITY At RTB, we produce exemplary work not to please others but to honor the Lord (Colossians 3:23). We prize ethical virtue and make personal integrity a priority in everything we do (1 Peter 2:9). Whether it’s the integrity of our words, work, or spiritual walk, we all hold each other accountable and believe in a balance of grace and truth that builds trust and promotes productivity. We offer honest, specific feedback, not just when convenient, and we resolve disagreements in a timely, constructive manner (Matthew 18:15). We avoid gossip, act as advocates of reconciliation whenever we witness conversations that are not edifying, and rely on the Holy Spirit to help us radiate Christlike character in all our interactions.
